The Diamond, Platinum, and Gold QC Tiers

Standard entities use A to A+ scores. Luxury entities use a precious metal system because the inspection depth is different. Diamond tier means the batch has passed material spectroscopy, hardware alloy testing, and packaging authentication. Platinum tier covers material accuracy and construction precision but skips the spectroscopy layer. Gold tier meets basic luxury standards but may have minor finish variations.

Only Diamond and Platinum tiers receive homepage placement in the luxury section. Gold tier remains accessible through search but carries a visible advisory note. This transparency is critical because luxury buyers expect a higher standard of honesty than the average streetwear shopper.

Material Authentication Process

For Diamond tier entries, our verification team compares leather grain patterns, metal hardware weight, and stitching thread count against verified retail samples. This is not guesswork. We maintain a reference library of authenticated retail pieces that serve as the benchmark for every batch evaluation. When a Chrome Hearts cross pendant enters our system, it is weighed, measured, and photographed under magnification before receiving a listing.

Packaging and Presentation

Luxury buyers care about the unboxing experience. Our QC checks include dust bag accuracy, box label alignment, ribbon placement, and certificate card quality. An entity that passes construction QC but fails packaging QC gets downgraded to Platinum tier. We do not believe that luxury should be treated casually at any stage of the purchase journey.

Risk Mitigation for High-Value Purchases

Every luxury purchase over 200 dollars triggers our extended protection protocol. The seller is required to provide video QC in addition to static photos. Shipping must use a tracked priority line with signature confirmation. If customs issues arise, our team provides documentation support. These layers exist because a luxury spreadsheet shopper should never feel the same uncertainty as a casual 20-dollar t-shirt buyer.
